Do you have breakfast at 7am and then feel hungry again at 10am? So, you take a quick bite and then back to work and before you know it, it is lunch time. You head out to the nearest cafe and have your lunch before you are back to the office again and continue working. Soon, it was 3pm and you are feeling hungry again, so you munch on any snack you can get hold of. After work, you might head back home for dinner or you dine outside. Is this your daily routine? Are you feeling like you’re putting on weight day by day? The problem here is you need to check what kind of snack you are having during the intervals of each meal. For example, you might eat biscuits at 10am, then at 3pm you might be eating chips or bread.
Actually, eating too much in a day is very bad. You gain additional pounds and you are not healthier. So, the best is to drink water whenever you are feeling hungry. Water is powerful in curbing hunger in between meals. So let say it is almost lunch time and you want to take a bite then hold yourself, and instead of eating, drink a glass of plain water. Then, you will feel full until it is lunch time, and you are safe to go out to eat. The same goes in the evening. If you are feeling hungry again at 3pm, drink another glass of plain water. If you are the type who can never resist munching, go for something light and healthier. Eat fruit or wholemeal crackers. These are much better compared to biscuits and bread or potato chips.
