I think since Oprah introduced acai berries to the world everyone has gone crazy. The acai diet has sprung up everywhere. The diets are supposed to make you healthier, slimmer trimmer and bouncing with energy. But unless you are a native of the Amazon jungle you would not know even what real acai berries look like. I would agree that if you do find the genuine products that contain acai berries or do go an acai diet it will help make a difference. There is no doubting the benefits of acai berries and of taking up an acai diet but you have to make sure that the stuff is genuine. You cannot walk into a grocery store and pick up a pound or two of acai berries, and where there are the good the bad also exist. Never buy acai berries in bulk or any acai diet plan in bulk. Try and find genuine acai berries drinks and acai diet food and then if you feel a difference in your health and in your energy levels then stick with it. Don’t experiment as there are just too many sellers of acai berries products out there. But yes if you do find the right acai berries drink or acai diets then give it a shot.
